On 22nd August 2026, family and friends will come together to take on a hike up Snowdon in memory of Kishan (Kichi).
What began as a small family event has grown into something truly special, with more than 50 people expressing an interest in taking part. For many, this will be their first experience of tackling a challenging mountain hike.
The hike will be led by Manoj, Rahul and Akshay, Kishan’s sons, who are continuing their father’s passion for the outdoors by bringing family and friends together for this memorable challenge.
Just one week later, all three brothers, Manoj, Rahul and Akshay, will take on the National Three Peaks Challenge, climbing the highest mountains in England, Scotland and Wales within 24 hours. This incredible challenge will test their determination, endurance and teamwork, while honouring the adventurous spirit their father instilled in them.
These challenges are inspired by Kishan’s lifelong love of the outdoors, walking, hiking, and bringing people together through shared experiences. They are a fitting tribute to a man who embraced adventure, community and friendship throughout his life.
Kishan was also a proud co-founder of The Social and Education Centre (Bham) (Registered Charity No. 1144640), an organisation dedicated to supporting the local community and creating opportunities for people of all ages.
In honour of Kishan’s memory, we are asking for your support to help raise funds for the charity. Every pound donated will contribute towards future activities, including camping trips, hiking expeditions and other outdoor programmes that promote personal development, wellbeing and community engagement.
All donations can be made securely via bank transfer (details below), ensuring that every contribution goes directly towards supporting the charity’s work and helping to create opportunities for future generations.

No donation is too small. If everyone gives what they can, together we can make a meaningful difference and help continue the work and values that were so important to Kishan.
On behalf of Kishan’s family, friends and everyone at The Social and Education Centre (Bham), we sincerely thank you for your generosity, kindness and continued support.
Together, let us celebrate Kishan’s life, honour his legacy, and help create opportunities for future generations to experience the same love of the outdoors that he cherished so deeply. ❤️
